Welcome to Brindle St James' CE Preschool

As a small school, we strive to provide all children with the care, attention and quality education that they deserve. Our preschool is led by an experienced teacher, supported by experienced teaching assistants. 

Our preschool is within class 1 which is made up of 6 Preschool aged children, 10 Reception aged children and 10 Year 1 aged children. We are fortunate enough to have a large classroom with access to our outdoor classroom which is situated in wonderful surroundings with animals all around us. We regularly take our learning outside beyond the classroom to the field area to take part in forest school style learning. 
 

We believe that our mixed age class creates a wonderful place to learn with our older children modelling and teaching skills and knowledge whilst the younger children learn from their older peers. We are a school family rooted in God’s love which shines through all we do. We teach our core Christian values of generosity, independence, gratitude, friendship and love through a rich planned curriculum, a love of books and most importantly play.
